Priscilla Prentice is a professional designer based in Connecticut. She helps companies unlock the full potential of their business through user-centered design. Her goal is to tell the story of a product and service to help the customer navigate the digital landscape.

There are 3 things I love about my work: helping people, telling a story, and creating good design.

“Do something you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I first heard this old adage from my Dad who was a cartoonist. There is some truth to this saying. I found my happy place in art school at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) where they helped all of us enthusiastic artists learn how the process of design could empower us to tackle any project. I arrive at every project armed with a great design process, a toolbox of practical skills in art and storytelling, and a love of learning. I love a challenge and an underdog. I have never had a dull project with a client.

I’ve been fortunate to work with diverse clients: tech companies, sales tax compliance businesses, lobbying groups, game companies, nonprofits, apparel companies, large and small businesses, and marketing agencies. I happily share my knowledge with people learning the ropes in the design business. A patient individual by nature, I have trained many a nervous person on the details of working technology. I have learned my share as well (every chance I get). Knowledge should be shared! I love working with a mix of people from the engineering team to the C-suite executives, people of all sorts of skills and backgrounds. Whether you need a team member to help on a contract basis or a designer to run the entire project, I am happy to tackle any project.

When we need custom drawn art, Priscilla is our go-to illustrator. The fruit she drew for Torie & Howard Organic Candies made the packaging and marketing materials complete.
